We enjoyed a very successful Film Night with Amnesty International – Hammersmith, where we screened the award winning film: The White Helmets. The event was part of Refugee Week.
The screening was followed by an overview by Nicholas Ageridis, Chair of AI Hammersmith, into the wonderful work Amnesty International do for refugees, and a talk by HFRWG member and landlord to a Syrian refugee family.
We would like to thank Amnesty International for allowing us to host the night at their venue and we look forward to further collaborations with them, including a joint stall we will be sharing this Saturday at Lyric Square, on King Street in Hammersmith. Another collaboration which is part of Refugee Week.
